Additional recurring expenses
The yearly collective costs (gardener, cleaner, security, general electric etc.) amount to 60,000 Baht per Villa.
In the future the actual amounts will be set by the owner community after reviewing the budget presented by Sea breeze Villa.

The cost for power and water will be calculated according to meter reading. Water is quite cheap and we estimate the monthly power consumption to be 2500-3000 Baht if air conditioning is moderately used.

The cost for cable or satellite TV (with non-stop movie channels) can amount to approx. 1200 Baht per month.
Cost of a decent Internet connections: approx. 1000 Baht per month
